RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Because preorder items are produced based on customer orders, all preorder sales are final. Please review the product description, color, size chart, shipping address, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Order cancellations, size changes, color changes, and other modifications are not guaranteed after an order is placed. Please contact us as soon as possible through selfcarecouture24@outlook.com if you need assistance.

RETURNS AND SIZE EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference. Please review the size chart before ordering. Colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Your message must include:

• Your name and order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability. Please do not return an item without receiving return instructions first.

ITEM CONDITION

To qualify for an approved return or replacement, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and free from stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, deodorant, or other signs of wear. Original tags and packaging should be included when available.

RETURN SHIPPING

If Self-Care Couture Co. confirms that the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide instructions regarding return shipping. Unauthorized returns and return shipping costs paid without prior approval will not be reimbursed.

REFUNDS

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or payment provider and may take several business days after the refund is issued.
