Shipping policy

Self-Care Couture Co. currently ships within the United States.

PREORDER PROCESSING

Preorder items are made after the preorder period closes. Please allow approximately  2–3 weeks for production before your order ships. This production period is separate from the shipping transit time selected at checkout.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

• Standard Shipping: $8 — estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after production
• Express Shipping: $15 — estimated delivery within 1–2 business days after production
• Free Standard Shipping on orders of $100 or more

Express shipping only shortens the carrier’s delivery time; it does not shorten the 3–4 week preorder production period.

TRACKING

A tracking number will be emailed when your order ships. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered production or fulfillment. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

DELAYS AND DELIVERY ISSUES

Carrier delays may occur after an order leaves our facility. If your package appears lost, delayed, damaged, or marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact us through our website so we can help you work with the carrier.
